Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact and were purchased within the last 30 days.

Submit a Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your fins to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package before shipping to our Australian warehouse.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
