Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next session with Futures Fins AU.
How do I choose the right fin size for my weight?
Futures fins are categorized by size ranges: Small (35-70kg), Medium (65-88kg), and Large (Over 80kg). Selecting the correct size ensures optimal drive and control based on your body mass and board volume.
What is the difference between different construction materials like Honeycomb and Carbon?
Honeycomb fins offer a medium flex pattern suitable for all-around conditions, while Carbon fiber constructions provide a stiffer feel for high-performance surfing and increased responsiveness in powerful waves.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to metro areas, while express shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. Regional areas may experience slightly longer wait times.
Can I return fins if they don't fit my board's fin boxes?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the fins are in their original packaging and show no signs of use or installation scratches. Please ensure your board uses the Futures single-tab system before ordering.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All Futures Fins products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by impact with reefs, sand, or other equipment.
